CHORDIS Molecular Analysis Engine
Every complex system is made of elements interacting with each other, and the behaviour of the system depends on the relationships between all of them at once. Existing tools flatten that problem in order to process it: they read elements one at a time, or in pairs, and reconstruct the relationships afterward.
The CHORDIS Engine does not flatten. Each element is observed through many independent lenses at once, and in each lens it falls to its own position on a shared 274 position field. Those positions, kept together, are the element's complete recording. The relationship between two elements is read from the positions they share.
What you receive
A recording, not a report. For every pairing it names each position the two share, the structure present on both sides, and which element carries it. Nothing is reduced to a single score. The recording is permanent, is owned outright, never expires, and can be read again without re-running the observation.
What it is not
It is not a predictor. It states how a system is structured, not what it will do. It does not replace laboratory work, and it does not produce a binding call, a safety determination or a clinical conclusion. It is used to decide where to point laboratory work.
What is measured and verifiable
A recording re-derives byte for byte from its inputs, so a third party can confirm it without access to our systems. Every observation records all 274 positions at every scope; resolution is a read time setting over one complete recording, and nothing is recomputed when it changes. Every shared position names the structure on both sides and the element responsible for it.
Scopes and pricing
The recording is complete at every scope. An engagement buys how many of the 274 positions are unsealed for reading, taken most distinctive first, together with permanent ownership of the recording. Field 16 unseals 16 positions at $1,188,000,000. Field 32 unseals 32 at $1,425,600,000. Field 64 unseals 64 at $1,710,720,000. Field 137 unseals half the field at $2,052,864,000. Field 274 unseals the complete field at $4,105,728,000. Bespoke scopes are priced on request. The price is for the asset and the permanent right to read it, not for computation time. An engagement that later needs more of the field extends its entitlement against the recording it already owns, priced as the difference.
Domains
Open today: molecular work, compound libraries read against curated biological panels. Research direction rather than delivered product: financial markets, genomics, materials science, food safety, agriculture, supply chain, energy systems, environmental science and defense.
Scientific basis
Three published research papers disclose the mathematics, the architecture and the physics behind the instrument. They are publicly available. They have not been through journal peer review.
How an engagement works
Inquiry through this site, review and provisioning by the engagement team, a mutual non disclosure agreement, engagement terms setting scope and allocation, then analyses configured and submitted through the engagement dashboard. Completed recordings are downloaded from the dashboard and owned outright.
